If you had to choose between being able to write a blog (but not read others’) and being able to read others’ blogs (but not write your own), which would you pick? Why?
“Tabby, are you wearing glasses? We felines can see in the night and day, we can spot a butterfly a kilometre away and if we cannot see it, we can smell it. I have no problem Tabby I am blind, but still know if something worth eating is lurking around.”
“It gives me an intellectual look Fluffy, please let me concentrate, I am reading.”
“What are you reading?”
“I thought I would start with a book called “Of Felines and mice” by the great feline author Tiddles Pawbeck.”
“Sounds very interesting. Is it a sort of Do It Yourself book on how to kill them and eat them.”
“No Fluffy, it is psychologically very intriguing. It shows the hidden thoughts in a feline mind and body. It is far too advanced for a fluffy Selkirk Rex like you.”
“Oh, I see, then I will continue reading 50 Shades of birds, that is more interesting. With my special pawpad for blind felines I have no problems.”
“50 Shades of Birds, but that is new Fluffy, a successful book on how to woo them with your paws, how to get them to succumb to the artful ways of the felines and to conquer them with all your feline talents. That is a must read. Let me have it as soon as possible.”
“I thought you were reading something more intellectual. Riddles Pawbeck is a classic.”
“Fluffy I am not in a classical mood. I need something a little more realistic. Where did you download “50 Shades of Birds”, that is a must read.”
“I found it on Amacat, a special offer, on miaw net. I will send you the pawlink.”
“Thanks, I have it. And now I must continue with my novel.”
“You are writing a novel Tabby. What’s the title.”
“How to open a tin without a tin opener, Advanced Instructions for Felines.”
“But I thought you began that novel last year.”
“I did Fluffy, but I still haven’t discovered how to do it.”
Tabby's glasses are quite trendy. Perhaps she has started a new fashion.
