Hi Pat, I wish I had your enthusiasm for different languages but until i get more travel under my belt I am stuck with English and Aussie slang. LOL. I love your excellent presentation for this theme.
I tried so hard to write a comment in the language of your origins in reference to your 'dolly mixture' and Quote. I could not find the right 'dicky birds' but at least I gave it a bit of a 'scarpa flow'!! Nice to visit you again. You might like the post I did this week seeing as I see you like 'postman pats'. http://keithtrevett.wordpress.com/images-and-words/language/
Yes mate fink you did a good job there. My language origins have suffered a bit at the speech of our ethnic minorities and I don't understand it very well myself any more.
I communicate with people who speak all different languages from different continents, although I do not understand them all of course, but they sound very musical to me.
Indeed so true. Terrific photo - Im a bookworm and languagefan too. Me and mum loves languages. Thanks for your comment on mine.

Excellent entry, Pat. I knew this one would appeal to you, being the multi-linguist that you are!!
