I took a walk into our local town of Solothurn in Switzerland this afternoon, just ten minutes down the road. The place is full of arches, being originally built by the Romans and developed by others over the years. We have an arch leading into the town from East and another on the West side, apart from the one on the North side. I decided on this arch which forms part of our old town hall.
